  • Iberian ham board.
  • Galician cooked ham with potatoes and paprika.
  • Homemade pie of sardine with tomato and lemon thyme.

MAIN CORSE TO CHOOSE

  • Sauteed baby squid with purple onions.
  • Fried hake dices in wheat beer tempura.
  • Cod in mayonnaise slab, over spinach with pine nuts and raisins.
  • Turbot with garlic and paprika sauteed in olive oil.
  • Veal low steak, dry madurated, with potatoes and peppers of “Padrón”.
  • Wagyu burger wtih fresh letuce, tomatoe and sheep cheese.
  • Veal cheecks lacquered in the own juice and sweet mashed potatoe.
  • Baby pork ribs with oriental barbaque.
